Instructions
If your dates are not super soft, soak in warm water for 10 minutes.
Add the yogurt, dates, cinnamon, and a tiny dash of salt (optional) to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed. Tip: If the mixture is too thick or the blender gets stuck, add a splash of milk to help it along.
