Ingredients

  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup whipped or softened cream cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese, overpacked
  • cup basil, packed or less
  • ½-1 clove of garlic or ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Juice of ½ lemon or 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl, small food processor or blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Taste and adjust. Add more lemon juice for brightness, more parmesan for salty/savory flavor, more basil if you want it more herby, or a tiny pinch more salt if it tastes flat.
  • If you want to thin it out to make it drizzle-able, thin with 1 tablespoon of water or milk at a time. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3–4 days.
