  • 1/2 cup Fairlife milk, or preferred milk
  • Brown sugar, optional

Iced Coffee with Pudding Cold Foam

  • 8-10 ounces cold brew coffee
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Instant Jell-O pudding mix of preferred flavor
  • 1/2 cup Fairlife milk, or preferred milk

Pumpkin Spice Protein Coffee

  • 8-10 ounces cold brew coffee
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon pure pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup Fairlife milk, or preferred milk
  • 1/2-1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for topping

Instructions

Hot Protein Coffee

  • Pour 8-10 ounces of hot coffee into a 12-16 ounce mug or travel cup. In a mason jar or separate container, add 1/2 cup of milk and about one scoop of protein powder (brown sugar, too, but optional). Use a hand frother to mix for at least 30 seconds. Pour over the top of the hot coffee.

Iced Coffee with Protein Cold Foam

  • Fill a large cup with ice and add 8-10 ounces of cold brew. In a mason jar or bowl, combine protein powder, milk and brown sugar. Using a hand frother, froth for at least 30 seconds. Pour over the iced coffee and enjoy!

Iced Coffee with Pudding Cold Foam

  • Fill a large cup with ice and add 8-10 ounces of cold brew. In a mason jar or bowl, combine protein powder, Jell-O pudding mix, and milk. Using a hand frother, froth for at least 30 seconds. Pour over the iced coffee and enjoy!

Pumpkin Spice Protein Coffee

  • Fill a large cup with ice and add 8-10 ounces of cold brew. In a mason jar or bowl, combine protein powder, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and milk. Using a hand frother, froth for at least 30 seconds. Sprinkle with more pumpkin pie spice. Pour over the iced coffee and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you don't have a hand frother, add the ingredients to a mason jar and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
  • The recipes make one serving. However, you could triple or quadruple and keep in a mason jar in the fridge for up to a week, just shake the jar or use the frother prior to pouring on your coffee each morning (or whenever you drink it)!
  • These recipes can also be used with Nespresso, to make lattes, etc.
  • Make sure that everything is well combined with no clumps before pouring the cold foam on top of the coffee. It helps to mix or swirl the mixing jar around and then use the frother to smooth it out.
  • Customize these recipes easily. Drizzle the iced coffee glass with caramel or add your favorite syrups.
Nutritional information is just an estimation and individual ingredients and preparation may lead to slight discrepancies. Calculated for the protein pudding cold foam (but all recipes are similar in nutritional profile).
