Ingredients
Basil Berry Spritzer
3-4basil leaves
1/4lime (juice of 1/4 lime), or more
1/4fresh raspberries
1/2cupberry flavored Kombucha (or any fruity flavor)
1/2cupclub soda
Watermelon Mint Fizz
1/2cupseedless watermelon, cubed very small
1/2lime
4-5fresh mint leaves
3/4cupkombucha (I used Synergy Guava Goddess)
1/4cupwater
Pineapple Lemon Mint Refresher
3large mint leaves
1/2cuplemon ginger kombucha, or unflavored/lemon flavor
1/4lemon, plus more for garnish
1/2cupclub soda
1/4cuppineapple juice
Instructions
Basil Berry Spritzer
Add the basil, raspberries, and juice of 1/4 of a lime to a glass.
Muddle using a wooden spoon or muddler, breaking the berries apart.
Pour the kombucha and club soda into the glass and stir. Add ice. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lime wedge (optional).
Watermelon Mint Fizz
Add small watermelon cubes, mint, and water to a glass.
Muddle using a wooden spoon or muddler, smashing down the watermelon to make it into a juice. If the watermelon is seedless, you're good -but feel free to run it through a fine mesh strainer.
Pour the kombucha on top. Garnish with fresh mint, ice cubes and watermelon cubes (optional). You can also blend the mint, watermelon, and water prior to adding the kombucha - however, this might result in a more foamy mocktail.
Pineapple Lemon Mint Refresher
Place the mint in the bottom of a glass. Squeeze about a quarter of a lemon on top.
Muddle the mint and the lemon with a wooden spoon.
Pour the club soda, kombucha, and pineapple juice into the glass. Mix with a spoon. Add ice cubes. Garnish with a lemon wedge and additional mint (optional). Enjoy!
Notes
Since kombucha contains a lot of sugar as is, I tried to keep the sugar content lower without adding any additional sweetener. However, a little bit of honey or stevia would really sweeten up these mocktails!Drink immediately for the most refreshing result.Nutritional information is just an estimation, and individual ingredients and preparation may lead to slight discrepancies.Nutritional information for the basil berry spritzer:
