6 High Protein Cottage Cheese Dips You Can Make in 5 Minutes

Snack smarter with these 6 easy, low effort cottage cheese dips that take just 5 minutes to make. Blend it once, split it into bowls, and now have snacks for days. These 6 flavor variations are for inspiration and you can customize however you prefer! One half cup serving has 14 grams of protein and just 85-100(ish) calories. A larger 24-ounce container provides about 5-6 servings. Ingredients

  • 24 ounces cottage cheese one large container

Ranch Dip

  • ½–1 teaspoon ranch seasoning
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pickled chili peppers or marinated red bell peppers. chopped bell peppers is another option

Cinnamon Cheesecake Dip

  • ½-1 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (tastes better with 2 tsp)
  • Splash of vanilla

Berry Cheesecake

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Lemon zest, to taste
  • Honey, to taste
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries (I love thawed from frozen berries) can smash them into the dip
  • 1-2 teaspoons instant pudding mix for a sweeter dip vanilla or cheesecake flavor

Sun-Dried Tomato and Basil

  • Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped.
  • Minced basil, 1-2 leaves.
  • Italian seasoning.
  • Other ideas to add in: feta cheese or goat cheese crumbles.

Taco Dip (OR Buffalo Dip)

  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning OR 1-2 Tbsp. buffalo sauce
  • Garlic powder (optional)
  • 1-2 tablespoons finely chopped pickled chili peppers, chopped bell peppers, and/or jalapenos
  • Green onions, optional

Mediterranean Feta Dip

  • 1 tablespoon feta cheese
  • Lemon zest
  • Diced kalamata olives
  • Other ideas: diced red onion or cucumbers.
  • A drizzle of Italian or Greek dressing, optional, if you prefer more flavor.
  • Greek seasoning

Instructions

  • Add an entire container of cottage cheese to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth or your preferred texture. If blade gets stuck, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk.
  • Divide into 4-6 servings. I usually do 1/2-3/4 cup serving for each dip. Use the flavor inspirations to change the flavor profile of each snack container! The ingredients are for one serving.
  • Refrigerate immediately - tastes best when cold! Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
